Homebuyer Dream Grant

The Homebuyer Dream Grant is a program that provides $15,000 to go towards a down payment, closing costs and a required homebuyer education class.  The next round of money will be available on or about May 4, 2020, and ends on or about September 2020.  There are income limits per county to qualify.  The first step is to get pre-qualified and provide a 2-year job history, 30 days of current pay stubs, 2 years of tax returns and 2 years of w-2’s.  Once you are pre-qualified for the grant you are free to enter a purchase contract and submit for final approval of the grant.
