Robert launched his career in the business in Ballston Spa , where he worked for Olympia Funding/United Funding as a loan officer originating residential mortgage loans. He is an original founding agent with our company and received his license to sell Real Estate in 2005. Robert’s vast knowledge of residential financing helped to catapult his career in Real Estate sales and has made him a consistent top producer in our local market. In 2014, Robert received the “Top Agent Award” from National Real Estate Search engine Trulia and is recognized by the company as being in the top 1% of agents nationally. Robert was also runner up in the 2019 Schenectady Gazette "Best of the Best" award for Capital District Realtors, initially nominated in 2021 for the Times Union "Best of the Best" award and was featured in the October 2019 issue of Albany Real Producers Magazine. Robert is also an active Real Estate investor owning and managing multiple properties and has experience with “house flipping”.

Two daughters – Claire and Brooke, Wife – Trista, Dog – Willow.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Do you have any Hobbies?
Spending time with my family. Golf, Fantasy Baseball, Fantasy Football, and Vacationing.
How long have you worked in Real Estate?
I have been licensed to sell Real Estate since 2005 and prior to that, I was in the mortgage business.
What did you do before you got into Real Estate?
I joined the military (air national guard) out of High School and became a loan officer. I originated residential mortgage loans.
Why did you get into selling Real Estate?
I was searching for something different from the mortgage industry and Real Estate Sales went hand in hand and was an easy transition.
My favorite thing about Real Estate is…………….
It’s a toss-up between Marketing and Negotiations.
Do you have a specialty in a certain area? Are there certain properties you enjoy selling more than others?
My specialty is selling the home that others couldn’t. I also love selling Lake Properties.
