Where did you grow up?
Tell us about your family:
I have a cat!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Do you have any Hobbies?
Gardening, canning, hunting, traveling, cruising, scotch tasting!
How long have you worked in Real Estate?
11 years as an agent, 13 in the industry.
What did you do before you got into Real Estate?
I did manage a Starbucks for 10+ years while practicing Real Estate part time. Now I am 100% Real Estate, which is very important to the consumer.
Why did you get into selling Real Estate?
My best friend’s mother Kathy decided to open this little company called Inglenook Realty Inc. so we decided to take the course and give it a go.
Do you have a specialty in a certain area. Are there certain properties you enjoy selling more than others?
Single family, modern, upgraded homes. Then I like the complete opposite as well: Rustic Post and Beam homes decorated for the country.
I have accomplished?
Humanitarian-wise I think I’ve done well. Real Estate… I would like to sell 80 homes a year without a team before I call it a day.
What is the most unique property you have listed, purchased, or sold?
Probably one of my sales on Centerline Road. Even though it was a newer cape there were amazing rustic touches throughout the home. The exterior living space was the most magnificently landscaped yard I have ever been blessed to see in my life. There was a greenhouse, multiple flower beds, etc… I’ll dig up the photos and link to them one day.
What are the top 4 things you feel separate you from the competition?
1. I’m younger, energetic, and smart.
2. I know the technology. I know the importance of photography. I know how to put it all together.
3. I take the time to prepare my listings with an actual plan instead of just throwing them out there to flounder.
4. I tend to retain relationships with past clients because they respect my work ethic and effort on their behalf.
What is the one tip you would have for someone looking to buy a home?
Do not think you are smart enough to go buy a house without representation. You are not. The process isn’t as simple as throwing a price at the seller. Do you really want the seller’s agent picking your inspector and attorney that will represent you on what is most likely the biggest purchase of your life? I didn’t think so either.
Why should someone choose you as their Real Estate agent?
Experience, patience, knowledge, negotiator, confidence, and I’m fun to hang out with and I throw an annual party for my past clients. No brainer.
Do you have a nickname:
A-bomb, Bomber, Doober, others that can’t be stated here.
The best at what I do.
For the moment.
What drives you?
What is your biggest challenge?
Keeping myself grounded.
What is your Favorite Quote?
“Own Your Lifestyle” – Because I made it up and I think it’s a pretty good catch phrase.
Secondarily – “Pick up the phone and start dialing.” -The Wolf of Wall Street
Your Alarm Clock just went off……what time is it?
I tend to wake up between 6:30-7am without my alarm clock although I am planning on pushing that back to 5:30 this year because I tend to get a lot more done before 9am than after with more distractions coming at me.
What would be your perfect day?
There’s lots of versions of that. Golfing somewhere warm. Being on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. Bed and Breakfast in Vermont. Lunch in Keene, NH. I’m good with a Delmonico steak at The Cock ‘n’ Bull Restaurant in Galway too. There’s so many great places to experience. Being with fun people too.
What was your first job?
Dishwasher at the Galway Market.
If you had a super hero power, what would it be?
X-Ray vision so I can see defects in houses that inspectors couldn’t.
What is your favorite thing about the Capital Region and or Mohawk Valley?
There’s so much history and great little hideaways and eateries throughout the whole area. You can hop on just about any main road and take a 45 minute drive in any direction and find something entertaining to do or eat.

A large screened in outdoor area with a kitchen for summer enjoyment.
Who or what is your inspiration?
